By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

Pano’s Home Pros does not guarantee real-time monitoring of messages or requests submitted through the Site.

You may use the Site to request information, a consultation, or an estimate for home improvement services, including any of the following service types:

Any estimate or quote provided:
Is based on the information you provide and/or an initial site visit and is not a final contract.
May be subject to change after a more detailed inspection, discovery of concealed conditions, changes in scope, material selections, or changes in market prices for labor and materials.
A binding agreement for work will only be formed when both you and Pano’s Home Pros sign a written contract, proposal, or work order that sets out the final scope, price, terms, and schedule, including any warranties or guarantees.
PROJECT PHOTOS, AI & ILLUSTRATIVE IMAGES, TESTIMONIALS & MARKETING MATERIALS
The Site may display a variety of visual content, including but not limited to:
Photos of completed or in-progress projects performed by Pano’s Home Pros
Stock or supplier images
AI-generated images and renderings
Customer testimonials, reviews, and related materials
AI & illustrative images
The Site may display a mix of photos of actual projects, stock imagery, and AI-generated images or renderings. AI images are used to show general styles, layouts, and color options for New England homes and are illustrative only; they do not necessarily depict work performed by Pano’s Home Pros or guarantee a specific result. Some visuals may be edited or combined for clarity. Actual project outcomes will depend on your property, scope of work, materials selected, and the terms of your written agreement with Pano’s Home Pros.
Where we show photos of real projects, we may crop, brighten, or otherwise minimally edit them, but we do not intentionally misrepresent the nature of the work performed. Due to differences in lighting, screens, and materials, colors and finishes in images may appear different in person.
With your consent (where required by law), Pano’s Home Pros may:
Photograph or film your project (before, during, and/or after completion) for documentation, portfolio, and marketing purposes; and
Use non-identifying project photos or testimonials on the Site, social media, or other marketing channels.
We will not publicly disclose your exact street address, full name, or other personally identifying details in association with project images without your permission, except as required by law or as expressly agreed in writing.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, icons, and other materials, as well as the design and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Site Content”), is owned by or licensed to Pano’s Home Pros and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
You may:
View, temporarily download, and print Site Content for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating or contacting Pano’s Home Pros.
You may not, without our prior written consent:

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
SEVERABILITY

Any separate written contract, proposal, or work order between you and Pano’s Home Pros for specific home improvement services (including kitchen, bath, painting, windows and doors, drywall and insulation, flooring, basement, decks, additions, roofing, siding, gutters, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work) will govern the terms of the actual work performed and will supersede any conflicting terms related to that specific project.
